E Commerce model, Natasha wears a size XS/S robe and size M slip dress and measures, 96.5cm (38”) chest circumference, 73.5cm (29”) waist circumference, 89cm (35”) hip circumference and is 170cm (5ft 6”) tall.

What do you use to personalise the robes?
We use an iron on vinyl to personalise the robes. We cut each to order.
What colours can you personalise in?
We have white, navy, silver, gold and rose gold available. We do not recommend the white vinyl on white robes and navy vinyl on the navy robes.
What fonts do you personalise in?
We offer 2 fonts. Modern and Script. Modern is only available in upper case letters and Script is only available in lower case letters.
What size fonts do you offer?
The size of the personalisation depends on the placement.
Front placement for initials are approximately 4cm high x 8cm wide.
Back placement for “bride” is 25cm wide.
Back placement for “bridesmaid” is 28cm wide.
Custom names and words will be sized to fit depending on the number of letters.
How many letters can I have personalised on my item?
There is a no maximum amount of letters for personalisation, however keep in mind that the artwork will be resized to fit on the robe. Our optimal guidelines are a maximum of 10 for back personalisation and 3 initials for the front. We may contact you if we think your text is not workable.
What text can I get personalised?
You can personalise using english alphabet letters only. Numbers, symbols or letters with accents are not accepted. Please note that profanity will not be accepted and will be refunded.
Where is the personalisation placed?
You can personalise either the front of the robe or the back. The front placement is on the wearer's left hand side just above the chest. Approximately 16cm down from the side neck. The back placement is centred, 16cm down from the back neck. For title and last name personalisations, please note that the format will be stacked. Mrs on the first row, your last name on the second row. See our personalisation inspiration page for examples here.
Which styles can I get personalised?
All our robes can be personalised, these include: the Luna Long Robe, Cara Short Robe and Alys Linen Robe. All are available to be personalised on the front or back of the robe.
Is personalisation free?
Personalisation is an extra cost of $10. This will automatically be added to your cart when you select "Add Personalisation +$10".
I would like to order multiple robes with personalisation, how do I do this?
Purchase each robe individually so that you can add different personalisation for each robe. If you are ordering 3 of the same robe, for example 'bridesmaid' increase the quantity on the product page on in the cart check out page.
I made a mistake in my custom personalisation, what should I do?
If you have checked out and purchased your item, please contact us immediately. You have a 30 minute window to email us with the correct spelling. Email us at: email@example.com and quote your order number.
If you have not checked out yet, please clear your cart and start over.
Can I return my personalised item?
Unfortunately returns are not accepted on personalised product unless there is a fault with the garment. Although we check every garment that is sent out, if you feel that there is a garment fault, please contact us with photos at firstname.lastname@example.org .

We are happy to partner with Sendle for all our domestic parcels. Sendle is a carbon neutral shipping company who offset their carbon footprint. Read all about their company here. All small letters will be shipped via Australia Post.
Shipment handling time is 1-2 days, in most cases shipped next day.
If you urgently require your package, please choose express shipping. They will be shipped via Auspost for next day delivery (during this time Auspost cannot guarantee next day shipping and at times may take 2 days to deliver). Shipment handling times remain the same. We currently do not express ship internationally due to the high shipping costs.
We offer a domestic flat rate shipping fee of $10 and takes between 3-6 days. Domestic shipping is free for orders over $250 (must be purchased in one transaction). at check out under shipping click the drop down arrow and select 'Free shipping over $250'.
Pick up in Glebe, Sydney is available. Select pick up at check out and I will liase with you a pick up day/time.
Our Gift Boxes are not included in the flat rate due to the bulky packaging. Please checkout to see postage costs dependant on the amount of gift boxes purchased.
For small items such as postcards & embroidered patches, the shipping fee is $3 but depends on weight. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note these items are unable to be shipped to Parcel Lockers.
Express post will be shipped via Auspost in their satchel and take 1-2 days. Shipping fee is dependant on weight and is calculated at checkout. Up to 1kg is $15, up to 3kgs is $18 and up to 5kgs is $25.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $20 and takes between 4-6 days.
For small items such as postcards & embroidered patches, the shipping fee is $18.
North America, Western Europe, Asia and the pacific
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $30 and takes between 8-13 working days. For small items such as postcards & embroidered patches, the shipping fee is $18.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $40 and takes between 10-15 working days. For small items such as postcards & embroidered patches, the shipping fee is $18.
Please note that Dear Love are not responsible for any taxes that may occur in your country.
The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
Please note we are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched.
Sendle does not deliver to PO Box addresses, if that is the case for you, we will ship via AusPost.

Dear Love is happy to exchange or return items within 14 days of your purchase. These items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached. This includes branded dust bags and gift boxes if purchased. Please note exchanges are subject to item availability. If your item is unavailable we will offer a full refund.
Items that have been personalised or purchased on sale cannot be returned.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt with funds returned the same way they were received.
Unfortunately, at the moment we don't offer free postage on returns. For all change of mind returns, we recommend attending your local post office and selecting insured registered post as we are not liable for lost return parcels.
We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what are packing before we send. If however you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on product that has been personalised.
