What do you use to personalise the robes?
We use an iron on vinyl to personalise the robes. We cut each to order.
What colours can you personalise in?
We have white, navy, silver, gold and rose gold available. We do not recommend the white vinyl on white robes and navy vinyl on the navy robes.
What fonts do you personalise in?
We offer 2 fonts. Modern and Script. Modern is only available in upper case letters and Script is only available in lower case letters.
What size fonts do you offer?
The size of the personalisation depends on the placement.
Front placement for initials are approximately 4cm high x 8cm wide.
Back placement for “bride” is 25cm wide.
Back placement for “bridesmaid” is 28cm wide.
Custom names and words will be sized to fit depending on the number of letters.
How many letters can I have personalised on my item?
There is a no maximum amount of letters for personalisation, however keep in mind that the artwork will be resized to fit on the robe. Our optimal guidelines are a maximum of 10 for back personalisation and 3 initials for the front. We may contact you if we think your text is not workable.
What text can I get personalised?
You can personalise using english alphabet letters only. Numbers, symbols or letters with accents are not accepted. Please note that profanity will not be accepted and will be refunded.
Where is the personalisation placed?
You can personalise either the front of the robe or the back. The front placement is on the wearer's left hand side just above the chest. Approximately 16cm down from the side neck. The back placement is centred, 16cm down from the back neck. For title and last name personalisations, please note that the format will be stacked. Which styles can I get personalised?
All our robes can be personalised, these include: the Luna Long Robe, Cara Short Robe and Alys Linen Robe. All are available to be personalised on the front or back of the robe.
Is personalisation free?
Personalisation is an extra cost of $10. This will automatically be added to your cart when you select "Add Personalisation +$10".
I would like to order multiple robes with personalisation, how do I do this?
Purchase each robe individually so that you can add different personalisation for each robe. If you are ordering 3 of the same robe, for example 'bridesmaid' increase the quantity on the product page on in the cart check out page.
I made a mistake in my custom personalisation, what should I do?
If you have checked out and purchased your item, please contact us immediately. You have a 30 minute window to email us with the correct spelling. Email us at: email@example.com and quote your order number.
If you have not checked out yet, please clear your cart and start over.
Can I return my personalised item?
Unfortunately returns are not accepted on personalised product unless there is a fault with the garment. Although we check every garment that is sent out, if you feel that there is a garment fault, please contact us with photos at firstname.lastname@example.org .
